   It has been a trying three years! My life-circle has not been very big. Physically and emotionally I've struggle but I'm not complaining at all. We have been so blessed during this trial and I have so many friends who have and are going through much worse..
   Now, I feel like my mojo is starting to become normal and it's time to fully engage again.
One of the benefits of this ordeal has been the opportunity to develop a new website.
It is finished and I'm proud of where this life journey is taking me. I'm not a non-profit corporation but that is where I am going with this last phase of my life.
   I want to be a part of helping anyone who is ready to improve their life. Do you remember feeling a moment when you were perfect? That sweet spot of being in the zone where nothing was impossible? For Thirty plus years that has been my job. To help folks to find and live in that place of ease, peace and tranquility.

Now I want to share my experience. I want to offer life instruction, wellness guideness, and fitness coaching to anybody who is interested in becoming a better human being and doesn't have the means to afford it.
